A.R. Brouwer Company was contracted to build three new buildings on the Novi Town Center outlots. The multi-tenant shops were constructed with concrete block, brick and EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems). Extensive sitework was required to install underground detention, replace the parking lots and provide screen walls to shield the view of the parked cars from the surrounding streets.
