Enterprise Rent-A-Car hired A.R. Brouwer company to construct a used vehicle sales building on their existing site in Farmington Hills, MI. The new facility is a single-story masonry structure with a large lobby/waiting area and sales offices. Helical piers were installed to support the footings due to the poor soil conditions under a portion of the building. An underground detention system was also provided and the existing parking lot was revamped.
