A.R. Brouwer Company constructed a new retail building at the Novi Town Center. The Fountain Shops building was erected in a corner of the site that was previously a parking lot. Sitework included an underground storm detention system, pervious pavement and a fountain feature. The single-story masonry and steel structure is now home to retail and food service tenants.
