DEKRA contracted with A.R. Brouwer Company to renovate their automotive testing, inspection and certification facility in Plymouth, MI. The existing facility comprised of office space, testing lab, and shop area remained operational during renovations and while highly sensitive testing chambers were being built.  Renovations were completed throughout the office and lab space including a single-story mezzanine in the high bay area and replacement of the primary electrical service.
