A.R. Brouwer Company built the Chelsea Retail Center. The single-story masonry and brick structure includes a mansard with metal roofing and awnings above the suite entrance doors. A decorative screen wall was built between Main St. and the parking lot to shield the cars from the view. The tenants include a bank and a coin dealer.
