Utilities Instrumentation Services hired A.R. Brouwer Company to construct their new corporate headquarters. The building combined warehouse and office space, using a masonry-bearing structure with large windows and decorative blocks. Insulated metal sandwich panels were installed on the perimeter warehouse walls. A large arched entryway invites customers, employees and visitors to their office.
