A.R. Brouwer Company renovated the Shelby West Clubhouse for Sun Communities. A new vestibule entry was constructed on the front of the building utilizing brick that matched the rest of the building. The reception area, offices and kitchen were remodeled. New flooring was installed and the painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical were updated.
