The 48,000+ square foot wellness center includes basketball courts, a swimming pool, group fitness studios, free weights and cardiovascular equipment, indoor track, designated children’s area and more. The wellness center also offers additional tenant spaces for wellness-related services such as physical therapy and massage therapy.
A.R. Brouwer Company renovated an existing 36,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building to house Valicor’s corporate headquarters. The renovation included 12,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of research and development space.
