Located in Ann Arbor, North Oaks Clubhouse is a 12,000 square foot 3-story community center. Integrating both residential and commercial building materials this project was designed with a modern edge with keeping the local architecture styles in mind. The clubhouse accommodates 474 homes of North Oaks. It is equipped with a workout facility, yoga studio, community space, game room, fireplace, meeting area, covered deck, 2 pools, and a large pool deck. The pool area includes a splash pool for families with small children, several pergolas, and lounging areas.
