MiVet Animal Clinic contracted with A.R. Brouwer Company to provide General Contracting services for the interior build-out of its veterinary clinic. The initial phase consisted of a complete interior renovation that optimized the existing tenant space to support clinical operations, including four exam rooms and dedicated x-ray, dental, surgical, and ICU isolation rooms. Building on the success of the initial project, MiVet Animal Clinic again partnered with A.R. Brouwer Company for a Design/Build renovation that expanded the clinic by incorporating and fully integrating an adjacent tenant space. This expansion effectively doubled the clinic by reconfiguring the facility to create separate environments for dogs, cats, and other animals. The renovated facility included multiple animal waiting areas, four dedicated surgical and procedural rooms, an expanded intensive care unit, staff break room, additional office and storage spaces, and more than doubled the original number of exam rooms.
