A.R. Brouwer Company built the Maple Center retail building on the site of a former restaurant. The project commenced with demolition of the existing structure and clearing the site for a new building. A large underground detention system was installed to control stormwater runoff from the site. The single-story steel and masonry frame was erected, and the building exterior was finished for use as retail or office suites. EV Charging stations were installed in the parking lot.
