LaFontaine Automotive Group contracted with A.R. Brouwer Company to build a parking lot for new vehicle storage with 309 parking spaces. This project included a new stormwater management system, two bioretention ponds, and one detention pond. Other details of this project included extensive landscaping, site lighting, and Right-of-Way work along Mast Road. A.R. Brouwer completed pre-construction work which included engineering, design, and permitting to acquire site plan approval from Webster Township.
