The Kheti development is a commercial cannabis grow facility located on an 18 acre site in a new 140 acre flex office/industrial development. The Headhouse is a pre-engineered metal building with offices, drying, trimming, cloning, and vegetation rooms. The four prefabricated greenhouses include plexiglass roofs and walls. The project is an innovative concept that utilizes the growing power of the sun combined with controlled indoor hydroponic cultivation methods. The primary challenge in constructing this facility is carefully integrating specialized mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems.
