MMB Equities is in the final phase of re-developing an eight-acre manufacturing site into 76 residential condominiums a few blocks from downtown Dexter. A.R. Brouwer was hired to demolish the existing buildings, coordinate the brownfield cleanup, complete the site work and construct seventeen multi-family buildings in three phases. To date, nine buildings in Phase 1 and five buildings in Phase 2 have been completed. Two buildings have been constructed in Phase 3 and the final building is currently under construction. Exceptional standard features, high-quality materials, and customized interior finishes are utilized throughout the development.
