A.R. Brouwer Company continued working with Dick Huvaere’s Richmond CDJR in a renovation of their Reconditioning Building. The project started with demolishing everything except the building’s exterior walls and roof structure. Particular challenges were overcome to remove debris and keep the exterior walls sufficiently braced until the new interior slab was poured. The refurbished building consisted of an office, laundry, restroom, five detail bays with pressure washers and vacuums, two hoists, a new photo booth for pictures of vehicles and a clinker tile floor. Outside, four (4) EV charging stations were installed with the capacity to install four additional (4) charging stations.
