A.R. Brouwer Company collaborated with Dexter Community Schools to construct the Dexter Senior Center. The new Center was designed to support many programs enjoyed by the senior community. The project scope of the new building consisted of open gathering spaces, classrooms, offices, consultation rooms, a banquet service area, and outdoor patio. The building had a brick exterior with cast stone accents, a flat roof, and an illuminated canopy at the building entrance. Additionally, the site work included utility connections, landscaping, new curbs, sidewalks, and the replacement of existing parking spaces.
