Dexter Commerce Center brought the office condominium concept to Dexter. A.R. Brouwer Company constructed the building with suites ranging in size from 1,300 to 2,600 SF. Local businesses were able to capitalize on the opportunity to build equity through owning their own suite. Current owners include two dental practices, an orthodontic office, and a dry cleaner.
