A.R. Brouwer Company built the Chelsea Retail Center. The single-story concrete block structure includes brick veneer, a mansard with metal roofing, and awnings above the suite entrance doors. A decorative screen wall was built between Main St. and the parking lot to shield the cars from the view. The tenants include a kitchen and bath design studio, a bank, and a coin dealer.
