Aldi Inc purchased a 2.3 acre lot to expand its grocery business in the greater Lansing area. They hired A.R. Brouwer Company to construct a new store with steel roof joists, heavy gauge load-bearing steel wall studs and a single-sloped membrane roof. Brick, split face block, and metal panels were utilized to finish the exterior. The interior included the grocery store finishes, coolers, freezers, warehouse space and loading dock. Site work included the parking lot, sidewalks and landscaping.
