A.R. Brouwer Celebrates All Servicemen & Women

We celebrate Veterans Day each year because it allows us to show appreciation to the men and women who served in the military. Their hard work and dedication give us the many freedoms we experience in our country. These servicemen and women carry out their duties in times of peace and war, protecting the safety and security of every citizen of the United States and around the world. They also help our community to reflect on the meaning of courage, selflessness, and determination.

In honor of Veterans Day, A.R. Brouwer wants to recognize one of our own, Drew Tech, who served in the Marine Corps for five years. The Marines represent the face of our nation because they come from all parts of it, contributing different backgrounds and walks of life to defend America’s way of life.

Drew was a Combat Correspondent for the Marine Expeditionary Force Public Affairs Office in Okinawa, Japan. He led the Department of Defense’s social media campaigns and supervised the Marines’ media team at Fort Meade, Maryland. He was honorably discharged in October 2018. After his time as a Marine, Drew attended Eastern Michigan University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He is currently working as a Superintendent at A.R. Brouwer Company.

Do you know a veteran? Veterans Day is an opportunity to thank and show appreciation to all our servicemen and women.
