Wallace & Wallace Properties has hired A.R. Brouwer Company to renovate their downtown Dexter property. The site is located on the corner of Main and Broad streets and is the former Busch’s Valu Land. The building will be transformed into a multi-tenant retail building available for lease. When completed, the building will offer 6 suites ranging from 1,940 to 2,570 square feet of space which will be available early 2007. The renovation includes an updated façade, new individual entrances for each space and expanded windows. Back to Current Projects
