A.R. Brouwer will break ground this fall on a 12,245 square foot state of the art facility for The University of Michigan Credit Union. Located on Jackson Road, east of Zeeb Road, Daniels and Zermack Associates designed the branch to serve their growing clientele and as a training facility for credit union employees.
The main floor will have three teller windows, an expanded member service area, a conference room and an ATM machine. The second floor will consist of a training center including a large conference room. The full basement will contain archive and supply rooms as well as an employee lounge and lunchroom. Additionally the branch will have four drive-up teller lanes along with a drive-thru ATM lane.
The branch is expected to open in late summer of 2007. Back to Current Projects
