MAV Development traces its roots in Southeastern Michigan region back to the 1930s. Since 1989, MAV has actively acquired and developed projects representing over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial/office space, 1,000 acres of land, at a total value of over $500 million. MAV currently manages a portfolio consisting of over 600,000 square feet of office space and 300+ acres of development land. As they have expanded their business out of state and throughout Michigan, the growing company needed to expand their office area. Located in downtown Ann Arbor, the 5,600 SF renovated office space is A.R. Brouwer’s first LEED certified project. The new office features an exposed industrial design with an emphasis on energy efficiency. Other details include an open work room for clients and agents, 13 offices and a conference room.
