Wallace & Wallace Properties hired A.R. Brouwer Company to renovate their downtown Dexter property. The site is located on the corner of Main and Broad streets and was the former Busch’s Valu Land. The building was transformed into a multi-tenant retail building available for lease. Cottage Inn Pizza is the first company to take advantage of the renovated building. The new location replaces the long standing franchise’s restaurant on Main Street. In addition to the full service kitchen the new customer area allows for a larger sit-down area, an expanded buffet and more parking to accommodate their customers. Back to Current Projects
