Project:
ALDI Grocery Store |
|
ALDI is a national food market that has over 1,000 stores in 29 states. With over 10 stores already located in Michigan, ALDI is expanding in to the Ann Arbor market. The redevelopment of the old gas station corner at Maple and Dexter-Ann Arbor road will be ALDI’s first in Washtenaw County. The project is classified as a Brownfield redevelopment project and will require the removal of contaminated soil.
The new grocery store will be LEED certified and offer over 17,000 SF of shopping space. The building has been designed to reduce energy use and conserve resources. High efficiency HVAC systems, low flow plumbing fixtures and reflective white roofs will be used to contribute to building a sustainable project. Back to Current Projects
