A.R. Brouwer Co. continues to work in the Ann Arbor area on student housing apartments. 727 Forest Street furthers A.R. Brouwer’s relationship with student housing leaders, Campus Rentals. Located next to 1315 Hill Street, the new apartments are minutes from campus and are highly sought after due to their prime location.
The project included demolition an existing house and constructing a 5,800 square foot apartment with four units and eighteen bedrooms. The residences feature common living, dining and bathrooms. Covered parking was also included on the first floor. Back to Current Projects
