A.R. Brouwer Co. continues to work in the Ann Arbor area on student housing apartments. 727 Forest Street furthers A.R. Brouwer’s relationship with student housing leaders, Campus Rentals. Located next to 1315 Hill Street, the new apartments are minutes from campus and will be highly sought after due to their prime location.
The project includes demolition of the existing housing and constructing a 5,800 square foot apartment with four units and eighteen bedrooms. The residences will feature common living, dining and bathrooms. Covered parking will be incorporated into the first floor plan. Back to Current Projects
