The University of Michigan continues to adapt its facilities to meet the demands of its students. A.R. Brouwer has been contracted to perform a renovation of two stories of the Art and Architecture Building on North Campus. Major aspects of the work include demolition of existing structures, construction of new drywall/metal stud walls and partitions, revisions to the existing HVAC system, new plumbing work, fire protection piping, electrical lighting and power and new telecommunications systems.
