With the successful leasing of Building I, Tech Park West contracted A.R. Brouwer Company to construct the second building. The 8-acre site was already the new location for Wolverine Moore Glass and Dexter Cabinet Works. The second building is an additonal 12,000 SF pre-engineered building. Divided into two suites, each has a truck well and grade level overhead door. The building layout allows for a wide variety of industries to occupy the space and is easy to customize to their individual needs. Back to Construction Services
