The Novi Town Center is located at the corner of Grand River & Novi Roads in Novi. The Center has 38 stores including nationally known retailers and locally owned stores that feature various products, services and dining choices.
A.R. Brouwer has contracted with the Novi Town Center to break ground this spring on three retail buildings. Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store and Pei Wei Asian Diner will occupy a 5,600 s.f. building, while Potbelly Sandwich Works will open in another 6,000 s.f. building, and the remaining 6,400 s.f. building is available for lease.
Wah Yee Associates of Farmington Hills designed the buildings which are expected to be completed by early Fall 2007. Back to Construction Services
