The housing market continues to grow in the Dexter area as residents continue to recognize its close proximity to Ann Arbor and Chelsea as well as the small town atmosphere. HMR Investments has contracted A.R. Brouwer Co. to install the infrastructure for Gregory Farms, a new residential development. The work included grading, site utilities, public utilities, landscaping and paving. The subdivision has 29 lots for sale with sizes ranging from 1.00-5.81 acres. The project is located at Wylie and Island Lake Roads in Dexter Township only one mile from downtown Dexter. Back to Construction Services
