Greenfield Die & Manufacturing decided to renovate their present site in order to expand their tooling and try-out die operations. An existing storage building and the compressor room were demolished to make room for the new structure. A pre-engineered metal building was utilized to construct the 40,000 square foot addition. The 8'-0" high masonry wainscot on the existing building was also extended around the perimeter of the expansion. The addition includes three (3) crane bays, seven (7) press pits, one (1) machine base, and extensive process piping. These features will allow Greenfield Die to increase efficiency and improve response time to their customers. PAMA Investments and Contracting saw fit to use A. R. Brouwer Company for project management on this addition. They implemented the subcontracting framework within a tight budget of cost containment and strict deadlines. Back to Construction Services
