The Village of Dexter has experienced rapid growth the last 20 years. New retail opportunities have continued to be added to the Dexter-Ann Arbor Road corridor. Dexter Plaza provides new commercial space for both large and small name ventures. A.R. Brouwer Co. was contracted to perform all of the site work including site grading, installation of utilities and water detention system as well as landscaping.
Along with the site work, A.R. Brouwer Co.constructed a 14,000 square foot retail center on the site. This retail building can accommodate various sized companies offering suites from 1,400 to 4,000 square feet. This project continued A.R. Brouwer’s relationship with Chelsea Land Company on large commercial projects. Back to Construction Services
