Dexter Commerce Center brought the office condominium concept to the Dexter Area. This 15,750 Sq. Ft. building offers units from 1,300 to 2,600 Sq. Ft. on Dan Hoey Road. Curves For Women was the first tenant to capitalize on the opportunity to build equity through owning their own suite. Additional tenants include Jet's Pizza and My Cleaners Drycleaning.
