Chelsea Courtyard has been successful in luring both large and small name retailers to the Chelsea Area. With the entire building being fully leased, A.R. Brouwer was contracted by Chelsea Land Company to construct the second phase. The new building adds an 8,940 SF expansion to the development. This additional space continues to provide new retail opportunities for the area. Tenants include a pet supply outlet, a dollar store as well as H & R Block. This second phase was completed in Fall 2004 just in time for the retailers to capitalize on the holiday shopping season. Back to Construction Services
