The need for quality rental housing in Ann Arbor is a constant concern for the area's student population. Campus Rentals contracted A.R. Brouwer Co. to construct two three story apartment buildings located on the corner of Washtenaw and Hill Street in Ann Arbor. Each building is 7,000 square feet and will feature its own unique style. One building is a Tudor style house and the other is a Federalist style. Each floor has been split into separate residences and are outfitted with modern amenities including: washer/dryer, air conditioning, walk-in closets, granite countertops and large windows. Residences feature 9 ½ foot ceilings throughout the buildings and the properties have landscaped grounds. Construction began in November of 2003 and was completed September 2004, meeting the tight schedule of student move-in dates. Back to Construction Services
