In a busy corner of Ann Arbor, Jackson Road near Wagner Road, Benefit Options prepares and manages corporate human resources for other corporations. The industry is relatively young, having grown most quickly in the past decade. When space became a problem, Benefit Options decided to erect its own building in a lovely lake setting. This 8,000 square foot structure holds: - 18 offices - A beautiful lobby to welcome their clients A.R. Brouwer acted as construction manager on this project for Benefit Options. The office building is a conventional brick and mortar structure. It was begun in April and was occupied by Labor Day. Back to Construction Services
