Beginners Inn required additional space to handle their growing daycare business. A.R. Brouwer provided preliminary planning and budgeting information to determine the project's feasibility. Once the decision was made to construct a new, two story, free-standing building adjacent to their existing building, we obtained site plan approval from Canton Township and assisted the owner in securing their financing for the project. The existing 70-year-old Tudor house was used as a model for designing the exterior of the new building. The new building's interior however was designed to provide all the amenities that a 21st century daycare requires. The daycare opened in Spring of 2004. Back to Construction Services
