A.R. Brouwer Company provided General Contracting services to renovate this beautiful existing storefront near central campus on South University in Ann Arbor. The new storefront design included high-end details often found in the 1920’s era. During the demolition phase, numerous unknown code issues were identified. A.R. Brouwer worked closely with the owner, architect and the City of Ann Arbor to resolve them and move forward on the project. Back to Construction Services
