When a nearby fire damaged an aging student apartment house beyond repair, the owners hired A.R. Brouwer Company to design and build a new 9,700 square foot student apartment building.
The new building consists of three stories plus a basement level and is divided into four units. Each unit has a full kitchen, dining room, living room and six bedrooms. The finishes include state of the art appliances, granite counter tops, washers/dryers, air conditioning, walk-in closets, and large windows. The grounds are fully landscaped to blend with the surrounding buildings. Back to Construction Services
