Campus Rentals, a premier student housing company in Ann Arbor, signed a lease with University of Michigan to provide office space for the Kinesiology Department in one of their existing buildings. A.R. Brouwer Company completely renovated three-story building. Substantial modifications were made on each floor and in the basement. Fire escapes and basement access stairs were also added to bring the building up to code and meet the University's requirements. Back to Construction Services
