A.R. Brouwer Co. continues to work in the Ann Arbor area on student housing apartments. 1315 Hill Street furthers A.R. Brouwer’s relationship with student housing leaders, Campus Rentals. Located at the Hill and Forest Street intersection, the new apartments are minutes from campus and will be highly sought after due to their prime location.
The three story apartment will provide 13,600 SF of new living space. 23 rooms will be available for rent at the beginning of the fall 2007 school session at the University of Michigan. Bedrooms will feature considerable storage space and skylights on the third floor. The exterior of the building will be sided with Vermont slate creating a unique architectural style.
