MC3 Cardiopulmonary hired A.R. Brouwer Company to transform an old industrial building into their new combined office and manufacturing facility. The project involved a complete renovation of the building interior and an update to the exterior to create a welcoming entryway. The finished facility included new corporate offices, a break room with an outdoor patio and plant floor space for manufacturing equipment. Significant improvements were made to the mechanical and electrical systems in order to meet Clean Room standards required to manufacture medical devices.
