A.R. Brouwer Company was hired to renovate an existing pre-engineered metal building previously used for steel fabrication. The facility was transformed into a research and development kitchen for Dawn Food Products. Commercial kitchen equipment was installed for creating and testing new products. A reception area, conference rooms and tasting areas were also constructed. The exterior of the building was updated with ACM panels and tile.
