CONSTRUCTION
BIDDING and AWARD
-Identify Subcontractor List for Bidding
-Send project out for bid to subcontractors
-Award subcontracts
MOBILIZATION
-Obtain necessary Permits and Insurance
-Finalize Project Schedule
-Coordinate Project Start-up items
(on-site storage, on-site office, safety plan, etc.)
ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION at JOB SITE
