  • Identify Subcontractor List for Bidding
  • Send project out for bid to subcontractors
  • Award subcontracts
MOBILIZATION
  • Obtain necessary Permits and Insurance
  • Finalize Project Schedule
  • Coordinate Project Start-up items (on-site storage, on-site office, safety plan, etc.)
